As a member of our International Marketing department, you are committed to the successful promotion of our product portfolio in the markets of the CEE and CIS region. In our six-person Digital Marketing team in Berlin, you coordinate projects and initiatives to help our international affiliates delivering impactful and science-driven omni-channel marketing for our products.
Ihre Aufgaben
- You plan, manage and drive projects in multichannel management and social media
- You ensure projects fall within applicable scope, budget and effort level
- You collaborate with business as well as support partners to drive cross-functional alignment
- You manage our central website factory and roll out websites to our 35 countries
- You coordinate the implementation of website tracking
- You provide accurate, meaningful and up-to-date reporting
- You coordinate the selection and collaboration of agencies as well as vendor partners
- You establish and maintain best practices around digital projects
- You monitor and analyse web traffic statistics for periodic reporting
- You research, track and understand new web technologies to provide technical app support
- The offered position is temporary until 31/01/2027 due to parental leave.
Ihre Qualifikationen
- You hold a University Degree in economics or science
- You have gained professional digital marketing experience in a digital agency ideally with a pharmaceutical company account or in a pharmaceutical / OTC company
- You possess a proven track record of leading digital transformation in a pharmaceutical / OTC company
- You already managed projects professionally, ideally in an international environment
- Your expertise extends to marketing theory, principles and practices within the health care industry
- You ideally have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- You are familiar with legal requirements for digital marketing and media (e.g. data protection)
- You demonstrate strong communication and advisory skills
- You are fluent in English, additional German and / or Russian language skills are an advantage
