- Full p&l responsibility for all sales, marketing, and service activities in Japan
- Managing, coaching, and motivating the local teams
- Further optimizing and professionalizing of processes and organization
- Developing and implementing a sales strategy in adaption to local customer needs to increase market share and turnover
- Expanding non-automotive business as well as driving automotive business
- Proactive management of key customers
- Direct reporting line to the headquarter in Central Europe

- University engineering degree
- Profound experience as sales leader with documented success
- Good knowhow in selling machinery solutions or mechanical components to the automotive sector and other industrial segments
- Entrepreneurial and proactive sales-personality with conceptual strength and technical understanding
- Fluent in Japanese and good communication skills in Englisch
- Trustworthy person living in the greater Yokohama area
