Heraeus Electronics is expanding its footprint in the Power Electronics industry. We are looking for a Market Strategy Senior Manager (m/f/d) who will shape our market strategy based on understanding the power electronics materials market. This role combines market intelligence, technology insight, strategy development and a translation of that into our business.
Ihre Aufgaben
- You analyze and interpret global market trends, technology roadmaps, and competitive landscapes in order to support informed strategic decision making.
- Additionally, you lead in depth analyses on key strategic topics and emerging market opportunities.
- Moreover, you actively engage with customers, value chain partners, research institutes, and industry experts to gather market intelligence and identify collaboration opportunities.
- You develop, refine, and implement segment strategies with a mid to long term horizon, ensuring their effective integration into the organization.
- Furthermore, you identify and develop new business opportunities, customer relationships, and value chain collaborations to drive sustainable growth.
- You define segment specific product roadmaps and support portfolio through business cases.
- In addition, you scout emerging technologies, start ups, and potential partnership or M&A opportunities.
- You drive and coordinate the strategy process within the Business Line, ensuring alignment across functions and key stakeholders.
- Finally, you represent Heraeus Electronics in industry associations, at conferences, and in relevant governing bodies.
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Master’s degree in a science or engineering field/ Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering field with an MBA – PhD or Executive MBA is an advantage
- 10+ years experience in power electronics or related high-tech industries
- Background in product management, product development, R&D, market strategy, or business development
- Strong understanding of power electronics, its value chain, and market sizing methods (TAM, SAM, SOM)
- Excellent communication skills across technical, managerial, and commercial levels
- Strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual thinking
- Ability to navigate complexity, prioritize, and make decisions with limited information
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for impact
- Leadership presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, global environments with ambiguity
