Your tasks
- You will lead the Internal Sales Germany, Vacuum Automation team, both professionally and in terms of discipline, and develop it further.
- You will be actively involved in day-to-day operations in order to immediately identify market trends and recognize operational challenges at an early stage.
- You will develop and intensify customer relationships in the long term and systematically tap into new business opportunities and potential.
- You are responsible for ensuring service levels and response times and constantly optimizing them.
- You will design and implement measures to achieve our ambitious growth targets.
- You will promote efficient, cross-departmental collaboration with related processes such as product management, marketing, quality and production.
Your qualifications
- You have successfully completed a technical or business degree or comparable training.
- You have several years of sales experience, preferably in the sale of technical products that require explanation.
- Ideally, you have professional experience as a manager.
- You are a talented organizer and impress with your independent working style.
- You have a very good understanding of technology and processes.
- You are highly customer-oriented and sociable.
