• You will lead the Internal Sales Germany, Vacuum Automation team, both professionally and in terms of discipline, and develop it further.
• You will be actively involved in day-to-day operations in order to immediately identify market trends and recognize operational challenges at an early stage.
• You will develop and intensify customer relationships in the long term and systematically tap into new business opportunities and potential.
• You are responsible for ensuring service levels and response times and constantly optimizing them.
• You will design and implement measures to achieve our ambitious growth targets.
• You will promote efficient, cross-departmental collaboration with related processes such as product management, marketing, quality and production.

• You have successfully completed a technical or business degree or comparable training.
• You have several years of sales experience, preferably in the sale of technical products that require explanation.
• Ideally, you have professional experience as a manager.
• You are a talented organizer and impress with your independent working style.
• You have a very good understanding of technology and processes.
• You are highly customer-oriented and sociable.
