Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US - YOUR JOB:

• Performance marketing with impact: You will develop and take responsibility for our performance marketing strategy with a focus on new customer acquisition, sales growth and profitability.
• End-to-end channel ownership: You plan, manage and optimize our performance and CRM channels - from Google, Meta and TikTok to newsletters and WhatsApp.
• Data-Driven Growth: You are responsible for budget management of all performance channels and make informed decisions based on KPIs, attribution and data.
• AI-powered marketing: You use AI to create content and increase efficiency in media buying and actively drive the use of new technologies.
• Search & Visibility: You further develop our SEO and GEO strategy and strengthen the visibility of our brand in search systems and LLMs through relevant content and optimized product data.
• Strong partnerships: You work closely with our performance marketing agencies as well as the marketing and e-commerce teams and ensure that all measures are implemented in line with the brand.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING - YOUR SKILLS:

HARD SKILLS - NICE TO HAVE, LET'S TALK

• You have a background in e-commerce or digital marketing and at least four years of relevant experience, ideally in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
• You are confident in using common store and analytics systems, think entrepreneurially and manage your business confidently based on KPIs and data.
• Ideally, you are familiar with the following systems: GA4, Klar, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Shopify, Klaviyo.

SOFT SKILLS - YOUR STRENGTHS ARE OUR SUPERPOWER

• Superior e-commerce instinct: You understand the interplay between brand, product and performance and know what works and what doesn't. You are always hands-on when it comes to implementation.
