The Neckar-Alb Regional Light Rail is a regional rail transit project that connects the cities and municipalities of the Neckar-Alb region via a dual-system light rail network. To achieve this, we are utilizing, modernizing, expanding, and reactivating existing railroad lines in the surrounding area and linking them with new inner-city tram lines that are to be built. In this way, we are creating an entirely new pillar of local public transportation in our economically strong region, centered around the Reutlingen-Tübingen metropolitan area.
