Responsibilities
- You’ll advise our customers and handle customer inquiries regarding online pickup, product returns, exchanges, repairs, and checkout—with passion, a customer-first mindset, and expertise
- You’ll handle administrative tasks related to the sales process, financing, purchase on account, etc.
- You’ll market our products on various online platforms
- You’ll liaise with internal and external partners or product suppliers on all processes related to repairs
- You actively assist with customer events
- You maintain a positive and proactive attitude toward customers and offer simple, efficient solutions to customer complaints
- You adhere to and implement established national standard guidelines, processes, and codes of conduct
Profile
- You have successfully completed a service-oriented vocational training program (ideally in hospitality & retail or the events industry)
- You have knowledge of and an interest in products and trends in the consumer electronics industry
- You have a strong customer- and service-oriented mindset
- You are a strong communicator, effective at getting things done, and solution-oriented
- You are a team player and enjoy working toward shared success
- You are willing to support the team in the afternoons, evenings, and on Saturdays
