Your Responsibilities

  • In your new role as CRM Marketing Manager (m/f/d)—within the Global Marketing division—you will be the specialist responsible for the successful implementation and further development of the CRM system within our online tools, thereby
  • Your core responsibilities include the continuous development of our new CRM system for marketing campaigns (Salesforce) as part of its global rollout.
  • You will drive the continuous improvement of our CRM processes and keep a close eye on the achievement of campaign goals throughout the funnel (lead generation, lead nurturing, lead conversion).
  • You demonstrate your team spirit by advising and supporting the international marketing team on all matters related to Salesforce CRM and marketing campaigns. You also work closely with the website team.
  • You’ll demonstrate your organizational skills by prioritizing and managing business requirements in user stories and selecting the appropriate implementation approaches.
  • Furthermore, you’ll be responsible for defining the requirements for new content for the respective campaigns.
  • Of course, you’ll track your initiatives and visualize their success in dashboards and reports.

Your Qualifications

  • A degree in digital marketing, online marketing, communication studies, or a comparable qualification
  • Alternatively: a business apprenticeship with relevant continuing education and several years of specialized professional experience
  • Extensive knowledge of CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and email marketing
  • Professional experience in managing cross-channel B2B campaigns
  • Skills in developing KPIs and reports
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • To round out your profile, you bring a high degree of self-organization, the ability to work independently, and reliability, combined with a strong customer focus and team spirit
