Your Responsibilities
- You will develop and design our market development strategy for defined target segments.
- You’ll identify and prioritize target customers, analyze buying centers, and reach out to the relevant decision-makers in a targeted manner.
- You’ll implement highly targeted outbound campaigns via phone, email, and social selling, and position our solutions at the management level.
- You will qualify opportunities based on clear criteria and seamlessly hand them off to our account executives.
- You’ll work closely with Marketing to develop and optimize targeted campaigns and content formats.
- You analyze market trends and competitor activities and derive concrete recommendations for sales and our go-to-market strategy.
- You’ll support the coaching and onboarding of junior MDR/SDR colleagues.
- You use Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and marketing automation and ABM tools daily to drive your account and lead strategy.
- You’ll segment target customers, develop intelligent outreach sequences, and orchestrate touchpoints across various channels, including email, social media, phone, and events.
- You’ll use profiling and intent data to engage decision-makers with the right message at the right time.
Your Qualifications
- You have several years of experience in B2B sales, sales development, market development, or business development—ideally in the industrial sector.
- You have a proven track record of success in generating and developing complex B2B opportunities.
- You present yourself with confidence and credibility when interacting with C-level stakeholders and experienced executives from various departments.
- You have very strong proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools and are able to actively leverage data to manage and optimize your activities.
- You impress with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a structured, goal-oriented approach to work.
- You are fluent in German and have a good command of English.
- You have extensive hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, as well as—ideally—with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot, and with account-based marketing approaches.
- You have solid experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and digital prospecting methods.
- You feel comfortable in a digital sales environment, work confidently with playbooks, sequences, and KPIs, and continuously refine your approach.
