Your Responsibilities
- You develop creative formats for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
- You film, edit, and publish content—quickly, creatively, and to the point.
- You spot trends, sounds, and memes before anyone else does.
- You capture appointments, events, and special moments on camera.
- You contribute your own ideas and bring them to life on your own.
- You analyze what works—and turn good formats into even better ones.
Your Qualifications
- TikTok isn't just a familiar name to you—it's your home. You think in terms of Reels, hooks, captions, and trends. You're familiar with CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- You have a good eye for aesthetics, timing, and storytelling.
- You can shoot and edit videos on your own.
- You work quickly, reliably, and are eager to try new things.
- Professional experience is a plus—but creativity, initiative, and a strong portfolio are more important to us.
- You’ll get bonus points if you’ve already managed channels, built them up, or generated reach on your own.
