Your Responsibilities

  • You will provide both technical and business support to our customers and ensure a comprehensive, service-oriented customer relationship.
  • You will comprehensively schedule and monitor customer projects and ensure that they run smoothly.
  • You maintain and update our ERP system with all process-related information and independently make adjustments in the event of deviations or changes.
  • You will negotiate and coordinate deadlines with our customers.
  • You handle customer complaints and draft responses in consultation with Quality Management, Production, and team leadership.
  • You will organize and coordinate internal proof approvals as well as client visits and appointments.

Your Qualifications

  • You have completed an apprenticeship as a media designer or a comparable program in the printing industry.
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of packaging printing (especially gravure printing) and extensive experience in dealing with and supporting customers.
  • You can communicate confidently in English.
  • You enjoy working in a team, approach tasks independently and in a structured manner, and demonstrate organizational skills, customer focus, friendliness, and reliability even in stressful situations.
  • You have good computer skills and are proficient in MS Office.
