Your Responsibilities
- You will provide both technical and business support to our customers and ensure a comprehensive, service-oriented customer relationship.
- You will comprehensively schedule and monitor customer projects and ensure that they run smoothly.
- You maintain and update our ERP system with all process-related information and independently make adjustments in the event of deviations or changes.
- You will negotiate and coordinate deadlines with our customers.
- You handle customer complaints and draft responses in consultation with Quality Management, Production, and team leadership.
- You will organize and coordinate internal proof approvals as well as client visits and appointments.
Your Qualifications
- You have completed an apprenticeship as a media designer or a comparable program in the printing industry.
- Ideally, you have knowledge of packaging printing (especially gravure printing) and extensive experience in dealing with and supporting customers.
- You can communicate confidently in English.
- You enjoy working in a team, approach tasks independently and in a structured manner, and demonstrate organizational skills, customer focus, friendliness, and reliability even in stressful situations.
- You have good computer skills and are proficient in MS Office.
