Your Responsibilities
- Strategic Brand Management and Growth at an International Technology Company
- Leadership, Development, and Integration of the Marketing Team
- Overall responsibility for the strategic and operational direction of marketing, including providing guidance to the executive team
- Development and implementation of a consistent marketing, branding, and communications strategy
- Implementation of data-driven digital lead generation and demand development, including CRM-supported lead management and KPI-based monitoring
- Consistent establishment, harmonization, and optimization of state-of-the-art processes, including the tool landscape
- Design, management, and tracking of integrated campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, events, and lead generation activities
- Management of the marketing budget and consistent stakeholder management
Your Qualifications
- A successfully completed degree with a focus on marketing, communications, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of marketing and leadership experience, ideally in an international B2B environment involving technically complex products
- In-depth expertise in brand positioning, campaign management, digital marketing, and lead generation
- Ability to translate complex technical content into clear, target-audience-appropriate, and distinctive marketing communications
- An entrepreneurial, analytical, and results-oriented leader with strong integration skills
- Fluency in German and English, as well as a willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
