Your Responsibilities
- Digital transformation is fundamentally changing public administration—and you’ll ensure that everyone is on board. As the central point of contact between IT, business units, and executives, you’ll shape communication, foster acceptance, and make digital transformation understandable.
- Join our IT Management Unit and actively drive this transformation forward.
- Supporting IT rollouts, e.g., by assisting project managers with the implementation of new systems and processes in terms of a communication strategy
- Creating informational materials such as newsletters, intranet posts, presentations, videos, posters, or campaigns
- Adapting complex technical content to suit different target audiences (m/f/d)
- Planning and conducting events, workshops, and other informational formats on digitalization topics
- Building and maintaining a “digital project portfolio” on the intranet that transparently displays the status and benefits of ongoing projects
- Promoting a digital administrative culture, e.g., through storytelling or success stories
- User support and feedback management
- Organizing training and engagement initiatives
- Documentation of implemented change measures
- Participating in the evaluation of implementation processes
- Preparation of brief reports on acceptance, usage levels, and areas for improvement
Your Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in communication, media, or business studies, or a comparable field of study
- Or
- A comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in the advertised field
- Knowledge of communication methods and formats tailored to specific target audiences is a plus
- Knowledge of user, acceptance, and feedback management is a plus
- Knowledge of social media communication and the creation of image and video content is a plus
- An understanding of didactic principles for imparting knowledge
- Basic understanding of IT systems and digital administrative procedures
- Ability to translate technical content into clear, administrative language for different target audiences
- Understanding of organizational structures, decision-making processes, and operational logic in public administration
- Ability to conduct a structured assessment of the acceptance, usage, and impact of digital initiatives
