Your Responsibilities
- Communications Specialist:
- Planning, selecting, and strategically managing advertising initiatives to drive sales and build brand awareness
- Coordinating and executing advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, email, and social media marketing
- Developing content and creating posts using visual language and storytelling
- Organizing events, exhibitions, and trade shows
- Social Media Management:
- Management of social media channels: analysis, monitoring, and community management of campaigns and communication initiatives
- Digital presence and marketing of our products and the Sparkasse brand through content, storytelling, and campaign formats
- Strategic development of our Sparkasse’s social media presence
- Planning, production, filming, and editing of photo and video content for internal and external communication purposes
Your Qualifications
- Completed business apprenticeship (e.g., Marketing Communications Specialist (m/f/d)) or a comparable (dual) degree program in marketing, media, or communication studies
- Professional experience in the communications/marketing industry
- In-depth knowledge of online and offline marketing, as well as proficiency in using common analytics and advertising tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics)
- Knowledge of SEO and an understanding of platform-specific algorithms
