Cost and schedule monitoring
Participation in trade shows, training events, and public appearances (pool vehicles available)

Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship as an event management specialist or a business administration apprenticeship with experience in the events industry
Strong communication and presentation skills
A strong focus on service and customer satisfaction, along with a hospitable attitude
Ability to handle pressure, reliability, organizational skills, and a high degree of independence
A cool head in stressful situations, energy, creativity, and a great sense of humor
You don’t have to know everything, but you should be willing to learn everything
