Tasks
Provide technical leadership and oversee the development of the Trade Shows & Exhibitions team
Be responsible for the planning, management, and successful execution of national and international trade show and exhibition projects
Ensure compliance with quality, deadline, and budget requirements across all projects
Strategic development of the Rittal Live brand experience as well as the trade show and showroom portfolio
Budget planning and resource management in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
Defining, analyzing, and refining relevant KPIs to measure the success of and optimize trade show activities
Managing external service providers and participating in cross-functional and strategic projects
Profile
Successfully completed vocational training or a degree program with a focus on trade show, event, or exhibition management; marketing; or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience in trade show, exhibition, event, or project management
Initial experience in leading and developing employees
Strong project management skills and experience in managing complex projects
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Strong organizational, communication, and assertiveness skills, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset
An independent, structured approach to work and a strong hands-on mentality
