Job Description
Helping to develop and support pilot initiatives aimed at improving health care; performing substantive and administrative tasks related to project management
Planning, coordinating, and supporting topic-specific events
Collaborating with internal and external partners in Germany and Europe, establishing and maintaining networks, and representing the pilot projects to external stakeholders
Qualifications
A successfully completed college degree or equivalent—ideally in a related field
Professional experience related to health and social services is required
Very good knowledge of the German healthcare system, with a particular focus on digital transformation in public services
Expertise in and experience with innovation methods and processes
Ability to work conceptually and actively shape planning processes
Experience in project management
Flexibility, open-mindedness, and strong communication and collaboration skills
Business-level proficiency in German; English and other languages are a plus
Willingness to travel for work
