Here's what you can look forward to
Development and refinement of social media, content, and creator marketing strategies
Design and implementation of integrated social-first campaigns and innovative content formats
Establishment, management, and refinement of collaborations with creators and influencers
Adaptation of lead campaigns for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Analysis of trends, platforms, and target audience behavior to identify new opportunities
Management of external agencies and partners and ensuring successful collaboration
Analysis of relevant KPIs and derivation of data-driven optimization measures
Your Profile
Degree in business administration, marketing, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in social media management, creator marketing, or digital brand communication
In-depth understanding of platform dynamics, content strategies, and digital users
Experience in designing and implementing integrated marketing and communication campaigns
Experience collaborating with agencies, creators, and influencers
Creativity, an eye for trends, and strong communication skills
Analytical thinking and a structured, self-directed work style
Business-level proficiency in German (at least C1 level)
