Employee (m/f/d) for Project Organization & Customer Communication

We are a publishing company specializing in employer branding that has been helping companies position themselves as employer brands and connect with students, graduates, and young professionals for more than 25 years.

Now we, too, need support and are immediately seeking a colleague who, with dedication and a willingness to take on responsibility, will help oversee and further develop our publications. At its core, this role involves the following areas of responsibility:
Marketing: Reaching out to potential clients who could be suitable partners for our company. We need to raise awareness of our editorial topics for potential advertorials and contact and win over the relevant decision-makers (B2B communication).
Organization: We are looking for someone who can reliably turn ideas into reality. In addition to their commitment to marketing, this ability to execute is evident in the development and coordination of media content that we produce ourselves or through external authors.

You already have expertise in media and communications and have no trouble quickly getting up to speed on new topics. You’re familiar with media marketing, publishing, and the development of business models.
Although you come from a different industry, you’re a strong communicator. Picking up the phone to speak with clients, authors, or network partners is just as easy for you as drafting error-free emails. You’re a good listener, empathetic, and also have a real talent for organization.
You have an entrepreneurial mindset, recognize opportunities, and want to develop them as part of a team and lead them to success.
