Your Responsibilities
- Optimizing and continuously developing our cross-channel content strategy throughout the customer journey
- Identifying relevant topics and developing compelling stories that resonate with people and strengthen our brand in the long term
- Planning, managing, and further developing our owned media channels—from our website and blog to newsletters and social media
- Developing campaigns and content formats that effectively combine brand-building and performance
- Managing the editorial process and coordinating internal and external content creators and editors
- Ensuring high-quality, channel-appropriate preparation, publication, and optimization of all content
- Integrating SEO and GEO as integral components of our content strategy
- Analyzing relevant metrics and deriving concrete optimization measures
- Close collaboration with performance marketing, creative, video, product management, and development
Your Qualifications
- Several years of professional experience in content marketing, editorial work, or content strategy
- Strong storytelling skills and an excellent sense for relevant topics, target audiences, and brands
- Experience in developing and implementing cross-channel content strategies
- Very good understanding of SEO, GEO, content performance, and customer journeys
- Strong conceptual skills combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
- Analytical mindset and a passion for developing content based on data
- A structured, self-directed work style and a commitment to high quality
- Passion for health, nutrition, and high-quality brand communication
