Your Responsibilities
Responsibility for our social media presence, particularly LinkedIn, including strategic development in close collaboration with division management
Conceptual development and implementation of content formats for social media, from concept to publication (text, graphics, and especially video), including the involvement of external service providers
Conceiving and managing campaigns and formats, e.g., for political issues and industry initiatives
Continuously monitoring trends, platform mechanics, and content formats, and strategically applying them to our communications
Day-to-day operational implementation: editorial planning, content production, and coordination with functional departments
Analysis of performance metrics (reach, engagement, etc.) and identification of specific optimization measures
Advising internal stakeholders on social media and the further development of formats
Your Profile
You think strategically, confidently analyze trends, and consistently bring ideas to fruition.
A college degree in communications, marketing, media, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in social media management, ideally in an association or agency setting or in the political sphere (such as a parliament, political party, foundation, or NGO)
A keen understanding of platform dynamics, curiosity about current trends, and relevant formats
Experience creating video content (e.g., short videos, interviews, event formats)
Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or comparable software) and, ideally, some experience in motion design
Proven ability to present complex technical and political content in a way that is understandable and tailored to the target audience
Strong conceptual skills combined with a hands-on approach to implementation
A structured, independent work style and a passion for collaboration
