What You'll Be Doing Here
You’ll support our existing clients in the areas of promotions, staffing, and events, and actively work to strengthen our partnerships.
You’re eager to attract new clients and pursue business opportunities and approach potential clients with an open mindset.
Together with us, you’ll continue to expand our network in Frankfurt and beyond.
You’re eager to attend events, gatherings, and industry meetings with us and represent envy my people to the outside world.
You’ll plan and manage promotional and staffing assignments — from the initial inquiry through billing.
You handle staff planning, scheduling, and booking for our promoters and hostesses.
You take on your own projects and serve as a reliable point of contact for your clients.
You prepare quotes, cost estimates, timelines, and project plans .
You’ll coordinate freelancers, service providers, and staff.
When needed, you’ll be on-site at events and promotions and enjoy not only planning projects but also experiencing them firsthand.
You’ll keep a close eye on budgets, quality, and timelines.
You’ll assist us with billing for promotional and staffing assignments .
A Real Plus
If you’re also skilled in preparatory bookkeeping and aren’t afraid to deal with invoices, receipts, and numbers, we’d be especially pleased.
This is not purely an accounting position — our focus is clearly on project management, clients, and staff. However, in our small team, it’s a big plus if you can also contribute ideas on administrative matters and take on responsibility.

We’re looking for someone who truly enjoys working with people: clients, promoters, service providers, and their own team. Someone who doesn’t just manage projects from behind a desk, but also enjoys communicating, organizing, taking on responsibility, and getting out and about from time to time.
You already have professional experience in project management, ideally at an agency or in the event, promotion, or staffing industries.
You’re familiar with staff scheduling and/or promotions and understand that a lot can happen between booking and a successful assignment.
You enjoy client contact and don’t hide behind emails.
You can build relationships and, ideally, already have experience in client development or business development .
You work independently, in a structured manner, and are solution-oriented.
You’re hands-on and don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do next.
You’re looking for a small team, short lines of communication, and real responsibility.
You’re open-minded, communicative, and enjoy getting out there, meeting new people, and making connections .
You’re confident using Office and project management tools.
You can run calculations, keep an eye on budgets, and Excel doesn’t scare you .
You speak very good German and good English.
