Your Responsibilities
You’ll develop forward-looking product strategies for our checking account and design new processes, products, and systems—from the initial idea through implementation and testing to successful launch.
You’ll keep a close eye on current market trends and our competitors, as well as our existing processes. You’ll analyze where improvements can be made, develop appropriate measures, and implement them in collaboration with the relevant teams and stakeholders.
You’ll always keep the customer experience front and center: You’ll use customer data and feedback to continuously improve our services, while ensuring that all solutions are implemented properly and to a high standard.
You’ll also keep the bank’s financial goals in mind and be responsible for ensuring that product-specific cost, revenue, and sales targets are met.
Whether collaborating with external partners and service providers or serving as the point of contact for our applications and systems, you ensure clear communication, answer open questions, and find pragmatic solutions.

Degree in business administration, economics, or natural sciences, or a comparable (banking) qualification
Several years of professional experience in the checking account sector, practical experience collaborating with service providers, in (agile) project work, and expertise in defining technical requirements and implementing them
Affinity for IT and technology, analytical and holistic thinking, and the ability to grasp concepts quickly
A passion for innovation and a knack for sustainable solutions
Fluency in spoken and written German and English
