We, MEWES Entertainment Group GmbH (a member of the DEAG Entertainment Group), plan and produce concerts, shows, and tours, serving not only as a tour promoter but also as a local event organizer in northern Germany. As a full-service agency for corporate events, our services extend beyond the performance acts themselves: we handle comprehensive planning, organization, coordination, and booking of a wide variety of service providers, stage management, event management, and much more. In addition, for 30 years we have been supporting renowned artists from the fields of music, television, and theater in all business and artistic matters, so that they can devote themselves entirely to their art.
Your Responsibilities – Diverse & Full of Responsibility
You will serve as the primary point of contact for artists, management teams, agencies, and internal departments, and will oversee tour projects from planning through to final accounting.
You will develop and coordinate the routing for national and international tours, taking into account artistic, financial, and logistical requirements.
Together with the project management team, you’ll prepare tour cost estimates, manage budgets, and support the financial evaluation of ongoing projects.
You’ll negotiate and finalize deals with promoters, partners, and other stakeholders.
You will draft deal memos and, as needed, prepare contracts or coordinate their negotiation and execution.
You will be responsible for artist settlements, prepare forecasts, and monitor incoming payments and outstanding receivables.
You’ll work closely with Project Management and Marketing to ensure that tours are optimally prepared, communicated, and successfully executed.
You’ll ensure structured documentation of all commercial, contractual, and project-related processes.
