Tasks

Development and implementation of international market strategies to position and sustainably strengthen Eplan solutions in the food and beverage industry
Continuous analysis of global market trends, industry drivers, and local market potential, as well as identification of relevant stakeholders, target customers, and influencers within the industry ecosystem
Supporting international sales subsidiaries through industry expertise, appropriate sales and marketing tools, as well as joint customer visits and presentations
Building and maintaining an international network of customers, industry associations, technology partners, and other relevant market participants
Designing and supporting strategic flagship projects with selected target customers, and transforming successful use cases into reference and influencer projects that can be applied internationally
Identifying industry-specific requirements, standards, interfaces, and potential portfolio additions, and incorporating market requirements into product and solution development
Strengthening Eplan’s brand awareness in the food and beverage industry through industry-specific marketing activities, trade events, trade shows, and an active presence on relevant social media platforms

Profile

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience—ideally at least five years—in the process industry or the food and beverage industry, as well as a thorough understanding of industry-specific processes and value chains
Knowledge of CAx and engineering software, as well as experience with consultation-intensive sales processes and software or solution concepts that require detailed explanation
A strong understanding of the industry’s business and technical challenges, as well as a robust network of clients, associations, partners, and other market participants
Strategic and conceptual expertise, a strong customer focus, and the ability to interact confidently and persuasively with decision-makers and management
A strong communicator with excellent presentation skills and a personable demeanor, who enjoys international collaboration and global networking
Very good written and spoken German and English, as well as a willingness to travel internationally and flexibility
