Your Responsibilities
Coordinating the development of curriculum plans and module handbooks
Handling capacity and budget planning
Organizing and conducting events and conferences, as well as supporting the faculty’s marketing activities
Planning and providing organizational support for exam offerings and dates
Actively participating in quality management and collaborating closely on the evaluation of courses
Your Profile
A college degree in business administration or communication studies and, ideally, at least one year of professional experience in this or a related field
Thorough knowledge of the MS Office suite and the ability to learn university-specific IT systems
Very good German language skills (C2) and good English language skills (B2)
Experience in project management and controlling is desirable
Strong organizational skills, an independent and goal-oriented work style, as well as a willingness to take on new tasks and flexibility
Confident in presentations and communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented attitude
