Trade Marketing Manager (m/f/d)
to raise the visibility of our brands in retail and successfully implement sales-promoting strategies.
Your Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing sales promotion strategies in the B2C mass-market environment
- Planning, organizing, and executing marketing campaigns and point-of-sale promotions
- Working closely with the sales team to achieve shared sales targets
- Analyzing sales data and deriving concrete recommendations for action
- Developing, costing, and implementing standard and custom displays, including product setup and master data maintenance
- Creation of sales promotion materials such as brochures, advertisements, and POS materials
- Creating product and sales data sheets for products, product bundles, and displays
- Developing measures to track the success of marketing and sales campaigns
- Budget planning and management of trade marketing initiatives
- Generation of customer insights through direct customer engagement
- Participation in trade shows and events, as well as collaboration with external partners and agencies
What You Should Bring to the Table
- Completed vocational training or a degree in marketing, retail marketing, or sales promotion
- Experience in designing and implementing successful sales promotion initiatives—ideally in the FMCG sector
- Knowledge of category management and display development is a plus
- Creativity and a knack for developing concepts that build brand equity and drive sales
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and the ability to get things done
- Proficiency in MS Office; ideally, SAP as well
- Very good written and spoken German and at least good written and spoken English
