Our headquarters is our 11,000-square-meter photo studio in Bremen, where we currently employ approximately 200 people.
Tasks
Proactively find the perfect model: You’ll enthusiastically book models tailored to each client’s needs for exciting portrait shoots and contribute creative ideas to bring our clients’ visions to life.
Keeping model pools up to date: You update and maintain our model database as well as individual model pools with dedication and precision, ensuring we always have the best talent on hand.
Bringing Presentations to Life: You’ll design visually appealing and substantively compelling (client) presentations that inspire and convince.
Organizing and conducting fittings and castings: You’ll plan and lead fittings and castings with energy to find the perfect models for every project—always professionally, efficiently, and with an eye for detail.

Completed vocational training with a business background—ideally with experience in a similar role or in purchasing (fashion/retail)—so you can hit the ground running.

MS Office expert: You’re proficient in the standard tools and use them to take presentations, data, and organization to the next level.
Customer-Focused & Organized: With your strong service-oriented mindset, you always have a keen sense of customer needs and get everything just right.
