At GULLER, we develop events that bring people together, raise the profile of companies, and inject new energy into our region. These include successful formats such as Speed Dating on the Ferris Wheel, Jobs Backstage, the JobKino, expert forums, and roundtable discussions.
Now we’re taking the next step:
Since May 2026, we’ve been working with Helios mediap:ort to develop our own event venue in the heart of Offenburg. This is where we host our media company’s in-house events as well as events for external clients and companies.

Because here, you don’t just organize events—you actively help shape an event space.
Planning and Execution of Existing Event Formats
You’ll organize our established events—from the initial idea through scheduling, coordination, and budgeting to the successful execution on-site.
Setting up and operating the new event venue “Helios mediap:ort”
Here, you’ll coordinate event operations at our new venue. This includes:
Planning and executing the media company’s own event formats
Organizing external client events, conferences, corporate events, and presentations
Coordination with technical staff, catering, service providers, and partners
Ensuring professional processes and high guest satisfaction
Development of new event concepts
You’ll contribute new ideas for commercially successful formats—both for our media brands and for clients in the region.
Service Provider and Partner Management
You’ll solicit quotes, compare services, coordinate details, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Budgeting, Cost Estimation, and Invoice Review
You’ll prepare preliminary cost estimates, monitor budgets, and review invoices for accuracy and correctness.
Marketing and visibility
You ensure that our events are successfully promoted in print, online, on social media, and on-site.
On-site support
You are present at events and serve as the point of contact for guests, clients, speakers, and partners—acting professionally, friendly, and solution-oriented.

YOUR PROFILE

Someone who actively drives the development of our events division with organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to get things done.
Even in stressful situations and during hectic phases of an event, you always remain calm and keep a clear overview
Experience in event management, project management, marketing, or a comparable role
A passion for organization, communication, and working with people
A structured, reliable, and independent work style
Proficiency with Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Business acumen regarding budgets, quotes, and invoices
Creativity and a knack for successful event formats
Willingness to work occasionally outside of regular office hours
