We at the Anthropoi Federal Association are committed to an inclusive society—a society in which people with and without support needs live, learn, and work together as a matter of course.
Our work focuses on social, health, and education policy. We engage in public relations. We promote professional development and collaboration within our association and work together with other civil society actors. We create educational opportunities and new avenues for personal growth. And everything that needs to be organized and managed in connection with these efforts is also part of our work.
Our small and dedicated team works out of our offices in Bingenheim and Berlin—promoting inclusion in both urban and rural areas. Just like our 176 member organizations—which currently 263 programs and services in integration support, child and youth welfare, social psychiatry, and school education. They support over 17,000 people across Germany who require assistance. The federal association also includes 18 training centers for educational and social professions.

Your new responsibilities:
As a program coordinator for inclusive education, you will play a central role in the development of the “Inclusive Anthropoi Federal Association” project:
To promote the participation of people who require assistance and
to further develop inclusive collaboration across all areas of the national association,
you will, as an officer, design, prepare, implement, and facilitate inclusive events and educational programs.
Are inclusion and empowerment important to you?

Do you enjoy working independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team and in inclusive settings?
Do you have experience organizing and implementing educational programs?
Are you fluent in simple language, both spoken and written? If necessary, can you communicate without relying on text or writing?
Do you love to travel, are you creative, and are you open to inclusive transformation?
