By establishing a new cybersecurity network, we are creating a central platform for businesses, academia, and public institutions. The goal is, in particular, to make small and medium-sized enterprises more resilient to cyber threats and to visibly strengthen regional expertise.
Your Responsibilities
You will play an active role in establishing a statewide network that connects companies, research institutions, public institutions, and cybersecurity providers, and—together with our partners—create sustainable structures for collaboration and the implementation of joint projects.
Conceptual design, strategic management, and sustainable development of a regional cybersecurity network
Development and implementation of a network strategy to engage companies, universities, research institutions, thought leaders, and public institutions
Design, management, and evaluation of target-group-specific event, consulting, and knowledge-transfer formats
Initiation of cooperation and innovation projects
Organization and facilitation of events, workshops, and training programs
Positioning the network as a central point of contact for cybersecurity—both regionally and beyond
Management of project progress, including reporting and grant management
Your Profile
To implement this strategically important project, we are seeking a dedicated individual with strong networking skills, project management expertise, and a solid understanding of cybersecurity and digital transformation.
A completed college degree (master’s or equivalent)
Experience in building and managing networks Experience in managing complex projects, ideally in publicly funded projects
Knowledge in the areas of cybersecurity and digitalization
Ability to think conceptually
Enthusiasm for actively driving initiatives forward and establishing new structures
Experience collaborating with academia, the private sector, and public administration
Strong communication and facilitation skills, as well as a confident demeanor
Experience in grant management and reporting
Very good German language skills; good English skills are desirable
