The Brand & Communications department is responsible for all promotional communications related to the “Drei” umbrella brand as well as the company’s product and sub-brands. A key component of the department is the Creation Team.
As Team Lead Creation, you will lead and develop our in-house creative team, which specializes in graphic design, copywriting, video, and production. Together, you will create eye-catching campaigns, innovative visual concepts, and brand-defining stories that bring our brand to life. In addition, you’ll efficiently manage resources and processes and consistently drive the team’s creative development. A particular focus is on digital innovation and the use of modern, AI-supported workflows.
What you’ll do.
- Leading and developing a 6-person creative team (graphic design, copywriting, video, and production)
- Ensuring quality, brand and CI/CD compliance, and creative excellence across all channels
- Reviewing and approving the team’s creative work and ensuring compliance with our high quality standards
- Taking responsibility for resource planning, as well as for transparent communication and seamless collaboration with the Strategy, Brand Management, and Campaign Management departments
- Managing and executing internal creative briefings as well as projects from across the entire company
- A source of inspiration and a sounding board for digital and analog campaigns, brand communication, and performance initiatives
- Developing integrated ideas and visual storytelling concepts for online, social media, video, and print in collaboration with the internal team and in close cooperation with our creative agency
- Final responsibility for all internally produced advertising materials, including the integration of AI into creative processes (e.g., creative prompting, ideation, and visualization)
- Ongoing communication and close collaboration with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and freelancers
- Participation in company-wide projects and assuming project management responsibilities
What What .
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, e.g., as a Creative Director (Art) at an agency, ideally including experience with telecommunications brands
- A college degree in design, communication studies, or a comparable field of study
- Leadership skills and experience in managing teams
- Creativity and strategic thinking, combined with strong execution skills
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Proficiency with common design software (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong affinity for digital technologies and new media

We will determine your job classification and salary based on your professional and personal skills in line with market standards. According to the collective bargaining agreement for telecommunications companies, the gross annual salary is at least €53,255.86 (38.5 hours/week).
