Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING WITH US – YOUR JOB:

• Performance Marketing with Impact: You’ll develop and manage our performance marketing across all channels—from Google and Meta to our marketplaces such as Zalando, About You, and Otto. Your focus: converting reach into revenue and driving the profitable growth of our business.

• End-to-End Channel Performance: You’ll plan campaigns, manage budgets, and optimize our channels based on relevant KPIs. In doing so, you’ll work closely with our performance marketing agencies, actively manage them, and ensure that strategy translates into concrete results.

• Content, Product & Performance: You understand that strong performance stems from the interplay of product, content, and media. Together with Marketing & E-Commerce, you’ll develop initiatives that make our products visible and desirable across all channels and drive sales.

• Test, Learn & Scale: You’ll test new target audiences, creatives, campaign formats, and channels; evaluate their potential; and scale what works. In doing so, you’ll allocate budgets where they contribute most to growth and profitability.

• Data-Driven Growth: You’ll monitor performance, marketing costs, and profitability, identify growth opportunities, and leverage new technologies and AI to continuously improve campaigns and processes.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE – YOUR SKILLS:

HARD SKILLS – NICE TO HAVE, LET’S TALK

• You have a background in e-commerce, digital, or performance marketing and at least four years of relevant experience, ideally in the fashion or lifestyle industry.

• You don’t have to be an expert on every channel. Maybe you come from the Google world, are a Meta pro, or have a deep understanding of marketplace performance. What matters most to us is that you understand performance marketing, think data-driven, and are eager to apply your expertise to other channels.

• Ideally, you’re already familiar with some of our systems and platforms, such as Google, Meta Business Suite, GA4, Klar, Shopify, or the advertising solutions of relevant marketplaces. But your ability to adapt is far more important to us than any tool checklist.
