Organize and help run regular global actuarial and internal Group Actuarial (GA) events.
Create and maintain engaging content for GA on the intranet and Microsoft Teams.
Design and write our quarterly newsletter, other internal communications, and campaigns announcing new initiatives, events, and projects.
Prepare presentations for senior management and various stakeholders, and support them during key meetings.
Work closely with the Group Center Head on a variety of strategic topics.
STUDY PROGRAM
Do you enjoy putting what you learn in seminars directly into practice and thereby actively shaping the future of companies? With your master’s degree at the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE), you can do both: During your two-year work-integrated master’s program, you will be assigned to Allianz and implement one or more projects that benefit the company. In addition to your regular day-to-day work, which you manage yourself, you’ll have the opportunity to drive both corporate and personal development through these projects.
You have completed a bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or a related field with an excellent academic record.
Excellent command of written and spoken English; German is a plus.
Excellent PowerPoint skills (above average) and good Excel skills.
Basic knowledge of project management.
Basic knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar editing tools is a plus.
Enrollment in the SIBE dual master’s program for the entire duration of the position is required.
Experience developing compelling presentations and communications
Initial experience with project management or process management is a plus
Openness to creative and innovative solutions, as well as a passion for working with forward-thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
