Here’s what you can look forward to
- Strategic development and planning of target-group-specific direct marketing and customer retention initiatives for all products and companies within the HUK-COBURG Group
- Design of multichannel campaigns and multi-channel communications for targeted customer activation and retention
- Further development of customer segmentation and identification of new target groups and relevant CRM use cases
- Functional and technical exploration of new (customer) opportunities for CRM initiatives
- Research, evaluation, and implementation of software tools to further develop direct marketing
- Advising business units on CRM, cross-selling, and customer retention
- Participation in corporate and initiative planning, as well as assuming project leadership roles
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics or business informatics, ideally with a focus on marketing or CRM
- Several years of professional experience in the design and implementation of CRM initiatives
- Experience in data-driven target audience selection and customer segmentation
- Strong understanding of data and the ability to analyze selection data and campaign performance
- Very strong technical understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and data-driven processes
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Goal-oriented, independent, and structured approach to work
- Business-level proficiency in German (at least C1 level)
