To turn a briefing into a result, you need someone who can take the reins of the project—someone who knows who’s delivering what by when, strikes the right tone with the client, and follows up internally before things get tight. That’s exactly why we’re looking for you.
Your Responsibilities
Manage projects: You’ll oversee client projects from the initial briefing through to final approval, create time and budget plans, and ensure they stay on track.
Serve as the point of contact: You’ll be the first point of contact for your clients. You’ll translate their requirements into clear tasks for strategy, creative, and development.
Keeping an Eye on the Numbers: Workloads in MOCO, tasks in Asana, deadlines in the calendar. You’ll spot early on when something is getting out of hand and take corrective action.
Leading coordination meetings: You prepare for client meetings, lead regular team meetings, and document outcomes so that everyone knows what happens next.
Thinking ahead for clients: You recognize when a client needs more than what’s in the briefing and bring these ideas to the team.
What You'll Bring to the Table
A college degree, such as in business, communication, or marketing, or a completed vocational training program, for example as a marketing communications specialist.
Initial practical experience from an internship, a part-time student job, or work at an agency is a plus, but not required.
You enjoy organizing and can keep track of things even when juggling multiple projects at once.
You work in a structured and independent manner. When things get tricky, you look for a solution first.
You communicate clearly, both in writing and in person, and approach clients with an open mindset.
You’re interested in digital tools and enjoy exploring how AI can make your work easier.
Very good German and good English, both spoken and written.
Good to know: We primarily work with Microsoft Teams, Asana, and MOCO. If you’re already familiar with these tools, all the better. If not, we’ll teach you how to use them.
And just to be clear: Juniors are welcome. You don’t have to know everything. What’s more important is that you’re willing to take on responsibility and would rather ask a question than make an assumption.
