Your Responsibilities
- Supporting and advising customers and agencies on digital advertising and communication solutions
- Preparing quotes and media plans
- Managing client inquiries from the initial idea through proposal creation to booking and implementation
- Coordinating and reserving timings, availability, and performance metrics for digital campaigns
- Preparing for and facilitating client meetings and presentations
- Following up on proposals and maintaining and developing existing client relationships
- Working closely with campaign management and scheduling
- Preparing documentation and compiling and analyzing relevant KPIs from campaign reports
Your Profile
- A college degree or vocational training in marketing, media, communications, or pharmacy, or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in digital marketing or media is a plus
- Interest in digital advertising, media, and digital communication solutions
- Enjoyment of advising clients and developing tailored solutions for various communication goals
- A strong understanding of numbers, reach, KPIs, and digital performance metrics
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Structured, reliable, and independent work style
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a passion for collaborating with various departments
- Excellent written and spoken German
