YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for the strategic product direction and its implementation for a specific product area within our Vacuum Automation, Components business unit.
You will develop portfolio strategies and roadmaps ready for decision-making and derive action items from them.
You will conduct comprehensive market analyses—including global customer visits and trade show attendance—and monitor customer requirements, competition, trends, and new sales markets.
You will professionalize and further develop the product line, standardize processes, and create corresponding implementation plans.
You will participate in product development projects and, in some cases, lead development projects; you will prepare business cases and monitor project goals, budgets, and project schedules.
You will support the market launch of new products through international travel and training activities.
You will prepare and conduct internal and external product training sessions.
YOUR PROFILE
You have successfully completed a degree in industrial engineering.
You have several years of professional experience in product management.
You have knowledge of project management as well as product and project controlling.
You are fluent in German and English (B2 level).
You are willing to travel internationally (approx. 20%).
