We are looking to hire a full-time Account Director (all genders) for our Serviceplan Nuremberg office as soon as possible.

- Developing and managing briefs, timelines, and budgets
- Monitoring and managing internal and external workflows

What we expect from you:
- A successfully completed degree in business administration with a focus on marketing/communications or comparable training
- Ideally, 5–7 years of professional experience in client consulting at a communications agency
- A confident and inspiring demeanor when interacting with clients
- A keen sense for creative excellence and brand management
- A dedicated work ethic, flexibility, strong communication skills, and organizational ability
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent teamwork abilities
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration
- Leadership responsibilities
- Very good command of German and English
