Your Responsibilities
You will support the division and department management as a central point of contact in the management, organization, and further development of the Sales, Marketing & Communications division
You will coordinate cross-functional topics, schedules, meetings, events, and business trips, and ensure a professional flow of information
You will prepare strategic and operational topics in a structured manner—from presentations and analyses to decision-making documents and the follow-up on agreed-upon measures
You will actively support the further development of our sales and marketing activities and oversee their implementation in collaboration with the responsible teams
You will serve as a key link between division management, functional departments, external organizations, and internal and external partners
You will support projects in the areas of sales, marketing, and communications—from organizational planning and coordination through to successful implementation
You will organize events, conferences, and workshops and continuously refine them in collaboration with all stakeholders
You will help establish transparent structures by maintaining, analyzing, and preparing key performance indicators, reports, and division-specific information
You will identify opportunities for optimization, contribute your own ideas, and actively participate in developing modern processes, efficient workflows, and the division’s further development
Your Profile
Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration
Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and a team-oriented mindset
A friendly and professional demeanor combined with discretion and trustworthiness when handling sensitive information
Proficiency in all standard MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Microsoft Teams
Very good written and spoken German; knowledge of another language relevant to our business area is a plus
Experience in the insurance industry in the areas of sales, marketing, and communications, or experience in the agricultural sector, is a plus but not required
