The Oskar von Miller Forum is an international and interdisciplinary educational institution of the Bavarian construction industry for students, construction technicians, master craftsman trainees, and visiting scholars.
Your Responsibilities
- Assisting the director with organizational and administrative tasks
- Point of contact for guests, partners, and visitors
- Coordinating and facilitating external events
- Supporting application processes and internal scholarship programs
- Contributing to communications and marketing initiatives
- Managing invoices, contracts, and administrative processes at the Forum
- Coordinating external service providers and supporting day-to-day operations
- Contributing to the further development of processes and offerings
Your Qualifications
- Completed business training or a college degree, ideally in business administration, tourism, communications, or a related field
- Professional experience in administration, office management, hospitality, or event planning
- A structured, independent, and reliable work style
- Enjoy working with young people and have an interest in the construction and education industries
- Intercultural competence
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and initiative
- Very good knowledge of German and English
