Starting October 1, 2026 , we are seeking an intern (all genders) for our Munich office in the Business Development & Sales (Marketing / New Business) department to support our Global Business Development Team.
Here, everything revolves around new business, sales, and the global marketing of the Serviceplan Group: The team supports our brands and agencies in acquiring new clients, expanding existing client relationships, and further strengthening collaboration within the group.

- Together with the team, you’ll contribute to the creation of personalized content.
- You’ll also assist with the preliminary evaluation of new business opportunities and help develop pitch presentations.
- Conducting your own research as well as market and competitive analyses are also part of your responsibilities and give you the opportunity to apply your theoretical knowledge in practice.
- In addition, you’ll gain experience in preparing reports.
- In addition, you’ll support the team in organizing, executing, and following up on events focused on customer acquisition and retention.
What we expect from you:
- You are currently pursuing a degree in business or communication studies with a focus on marketing or a related field—ideally nearing the end of your bachelor’s degree or already enrolled in a master’s program.
- You are proficient in using MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- The ability to work independently and creatively, as well as strong communication skills and
- outgoing personality are among your key qualities.
- Ideally, you are available for a period of six months (at least three months), preferably as part of a required internship during your studies.
