You will be responsible for managing participants and volunteers at ADAC Klassik events.
In addition, you will oversee hotel management, including contract negotiations for ADAC Klassik events.
You will also assist with the preparation and execution of ADAC Klassik events on-site.
In this role, you will coordinate and oversee the production of event materials and event magazines.
You are responsible for planning, procuring, and managing event materials and promotional items.
Furthermore, you are responsible for contract management for ADAC Klassik events, particularly for artist, media, hotel, and insurance contracts.
You draft and negotiate contracts and oversee their implementation through to the event’s execution in coordination with the respective project managers.
Your Profile
You have successfully completed a business apprenticeship, ideally as an event manager (m/f/d), or hold a comparable qualification.
Ideally, you have already gained several years of professional experience in event, project, or service management.
You work in a structured and independent manner and can maintain a clear overview even when managing multiple projects simultaneously.
In addition, you excel in communication and organizational skills.
You are proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and participant databases.
Last but not least, you hold a Class B driver’s license and are willing to travel for work and work on weekends.
Ideally, you have an interest in classic cars and automotive events.
