Commercial Manager (m/f/d)

Hamburg
Marketing, Marketing, PR, Advertising
Full-time
Active since: 18.07.2026

Freiheit.com was founded in Hamburg in 1999 and has been developing custom, large-scale software products ever since. Our mission is: “Ship great software.”
For more than two decades, we have consistently delivered what we promised—“always on time, on budget, on target, and on quality.”
85% of our team members are software engineers with degrees in computer science, physics, or mathematics, many of whom also have in-depth knowledge of machine learning.
For over a quarter of a century, we’ve been working for the “Who’s Who” of German and European industrial and commercial companies—including retail, automotive, e-commerce, healthcare, and more.
Our large-scale software products are used daily by millions of users and are crucial to our clients’ economic success. Every product is therefore business-critical and of strategic importance.
Together, we make “mission impossible possible.”
Our team consists of over 250 members from all over the world. In our offices in Hamburg and Lisbon, we work together to build products that no one has ever developed before.
Our teams work in a data-driven way to constantly optimize their own productivity. Each team member takes “end-to-end” responsibility for their work. To be successful, you have to be productive. To be productive, you have to be efficient and effective.
We believe that productive people are happy people.
Becoming a “well-rounded” expert in your field is a long journey that requires many years of hard work and learning. We have high expectations of you and will equip you with the skills and successful behaviors you need to meet them.
