Your Responsibilities
- You will assume commercial responsibility for our high-tech projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- You will oversee national and international tenders and customer orders and actively participate in preparing bids, evaluating commercial requirements, and reviewing bid calculations.
- You will assist with contract negotiations, review commercial contract terms, and handle tasks related to contract and claim management.
- You will identify project risks, assess them, and develop appropriate countermeasures.
- You will coordinate the processing of international payment securities such as letters of credit, sureties, and bank guarantees.
- You are responsible for invoicing, accounts receivable management, and monitoring incoming payments.
- You will work closely with project management, Controlling, and financial accounting.
Your Qualifications
- You have a degree in business administration, economics, business law, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of professional experience in commercial project management, ideally from a manufacturing company, preferably in the field of special-purpose machinery or plant engineering.
- You have experience in international project work as well as in handling bids, contract terms, and commercial safeguards.
- You are proficient in MS Office 365 and have experience with ERP systems.
- Very good German and English language skills are required; knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus.
- You stand out for your strong negotiation skills, confident demeanor, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner, and you are characterized by initiative, analytical thinking, and assertiveness.
