Your Responsibilities

How are our products and services used? To answer this question, you’ll dive deep into our data, analyze it thoroughly, and discover which additional offerings interest our customers.
You’ll apply your insights directly to campaigns and CRM initiatives and implement them on the data side across our digital channels, such as our app or online banking.
You’ll also use your expertise to take our emails and push notifications to the next level by selecting the most effective messages based on solid data.
Of course, you’ll closely track performance: You’ll create reports that help us understand KPIs related to product usage, pricing, personalization, and the success of digital sales initiatives, and you’ll pinpoint exactly where and how we can improve them.
And, of course, you’ll present your analysis results in an engaging and understandable way, ensuring your insights are heard even beyond the “Growth” tribe.
