Your Responsibilities
Establishment and development of community management for the Beta Gamma Sigma chapter and the THI Business School’s Industry Advisory Board, including the design of engagement and collaboration models between the faculty, companies, alumni, and students
Event management for the THI Business School’s external networks: organizational preparation, execution, and follow-up of networking events
Recruiting and advising external stakeholders on engagement and collaboration opportunities and providing support with implementation
Developing and implementing communication strategies for the community, such as managing social media channels and digital community platforms
Providing support and advice for additional event-related activities
Your Profile
A college degree, preferably in higher education management, event management, business administration, or a related field
At least two years of relevant professional experience in community, event, or program management following completion of a university degree
Solid IT skills, particularly in MS Office and common database systems
Proficiency in German at the C2 level and in English at least at the C1 level
Experience in the editorial design and maintenance of social media channels, particularly LinkedIn, is a plus
Knowledge of project management, particularly in project steering and project controlling, is desirable
High degree of flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to provide event support in the evenings
