Your responsibilities:
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will plan and manage our social media communications and continuously optimize our company websites (TYPO3).
You will not only create and develop target-audience-specific content for various digital platforms, but also design, create, and send out newsletters and further develop email marketing campaigns.
You will plan, organize, and host live online events (e.g., webinars, virtual events), follow up on them, and evaluate their success
Analyzing and evaluating campaign and website performance, as well as deriving data-driven optimization measures, are just as much a part of your responsibilities as implementing and continuously optimizing digital marketing campaigns throughout the entire customer journey
You ensure consistent and brand-compliant communication across all digital touchpoints and actively contribute to the further development of digital strategies and channels
Close collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as international partners and agencies rounds out your responsibilities
Your Profile:
A degree in business administration with a focus on marketing, marketing management, or communication studies—or a comparable qualification—forms the foundation of your success
In addition, you already have professional experience in digital marketing in the B2B/B2C sectors
You are proficient in the relevant Adobe Cloud applications and impress with your extensive knowledge and experience in TYPO3
In addition to strong organizational skills, your competence is characterized by your ability to work independently and proactively
You are a team player and value open and collegial communication
A confident and communicative demeanor, along with excellent German and English language skills, round out your profile
