We are looking for a full-time Director Client Consulting (all genders) at our Munich office as soon as possible.

What we expect from you:
- Several years of experience in strategic client consulting, strategy development or transformation – ideally in an agency environment.
- Proven ability to build, develop and sustainably strengthen client relationships at senior level.
- High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills and the ability to quickly build trust at different levels – clear, direct and convincing.
- Experience in working with complex, cross-functional structures and diverse stakeholders on both the client and agency side.
- Understanding of data-driven and technology-supported marketing and the ability to derive clear strategic recommendations from this.
- A high degree of independence, creative drive and the ability to constructively question the status quo and actively drive change – even without perfect framework conditions.
- Excellent presentation and consulting skills in German and English, combined with a confident manner.
