Here's what you can expect from us as a Junior Marketing Manager for the "Meine Allianz" customer portal (m/f/d)
As part of your role, you’ll complete an independent research project and actively contribute to the company’s development. You’ll carry out your project in one of the following areas:
Online Marketing: You’ll help coordinate digital marketing initiatives (social media, newsletters, website) to engage users with the customer portal. In doing so, you’ll develop innovative strategies for existing and new online channels.
Campaign Management: You’ll further develop email and direct mail campaigns based on key metrics, launch new campaigns, and ensure step-by-step process automation. From the campaign concept through implementation and distribution to reporting, you’ll be the first point of contact.
Marketing Analytics: You’ll dive into the world of customer data and use your insights to drive key marketing decisions. You’ll use tools such as Excel and Adobe Analytics.
Sales Communication: You will develop and implement marketing and communication initiatives centered on the customer portal for the field sales team to optimally support customer engagement.
Digital Access: You’ll identify and manage initiatives to increase user numbers on “Meine Allianz” and expand digital consent. In doing so, you’ll coordinate across stakeholders, create reports, and derive recommendations for action.
What You'll Bring to the Role of Junior Marketing Manager for the "Meine Allianz" Customer Portal (m/f/d)
A degree in economics or communication studies, with a bachelor’s degree earned with very good grades.
Strong ability to think strategically, analytically, and conceptually.
Confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to present effectively.
A high degree of initiative and the ability to work well in a team.
Native-level German and very good English skills.
Very good knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as a strong aptitude for working with numbers.
